Loan Assessor

Job Description

LoanOne commenced operations as a mortgage management company, it is a solution based financial service provider to the brokers. Our unique distribution model utilises tailored programs targeting services to meet individual financial plans and goals. 

Currently, LoanOne Pty Ltd is seeking a Loan Assessor with highly attending details people to join our Town Hall office working Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and assessment of loan applications to ensure the files adhere to the regulations and policies – strong analytical skills are a must.
  • Research lender policies to find suitable lending options for the application.
  • Conducting product research and analysis, loan servicing calculations and structuring of loans.
  • Support the finance brokers with all the inquiries.
  • Preparation, lodgement and management of loan applications through to settlement.
  • Follow-up, the loan process from submission through to settlement, communicating the progress to all key stakeholders involved to ensure a seamless, well-communicated process.
  • General administrative tasks for the team.

Skills and Experience Required for Successful Candidates

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling the candidate to deal effectively with lenders, brokers and clients.
  • A high level of professionalism, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • loan packing experience
  • Ability to multitask and has a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to grow and adapt.
  • Excellent numeracy, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Quality Assurance Analyst

Qualifications & Experience

  • Language: Chinese
  • Working Experience: More than 1 year
  • Industry Experience: Mortgage industry

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Peer-reviewing the work of the Case Assessors
  • Ensuring the files adhere to the regulations and policies
  • Completing high-quality assessments
  • Meeting the targets and deadlines required
  • Communication with a broker for quality of the application

Business Development

Qualifications & Experience

  • Language: Chinese
  • Working Experience: More than 1 year
  • Industry Experience: Mortgage industry

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Finishing company training of products and policy
  • Assisting BDM with daily business development work
  • Assisting BDM with paperwork such as organising, maintaining documents and providing products’ information
  • Following job arrangement required by BDM Recording and following up BDM’s sales procedure
  • Arranging meeting schedule for BDM and following up meeting feedback
  • Recording and following up BDM’s clients for feedback regularly
  • Collecting, organising and maintaining BDM’s client database
  • Finishing all paperwork related to home loan applications
